Labor Day has officially passed (and I hope it was a restful break), the "back-to-business" dust is settling, and the fall sprint has begun. But if you look closely at your calendar for the rest of this month, it might already be paying a heavy price.
If you look at your schedule, It’s officially been taken over. You’re staring at a jigsaw puzzle of awkward virtual coffees, vague "collaboration" invitations, and aimless chats that are going to leave you totally exhausted and behind on your actual daily work. I’ve seen so many referral-based business owners often mistake a packed calendar for progress, but being polite shouldn't cost you your sanity or the breathing room you need to run your business.
